With the updates to the Ghost interaction mechanics, hunting has become a top-tier profit method for players with mid-range budgets (~50 WLs).

What You Need

1. Neutron Gun: To stun the ghosts.
2. Spectral Goggles: To see the ghosts.
3. Ghost Jar: To catch them.

The Loop

1. Find Ghosts: Go to worlds with "Haunted" in the name or buy a "World with Ghosts" link.
2. Catch Them: Shoot to stun, then tap with a jar to catch.
3. Sell the Jars: "Jarred Ghosts" are used to make Ghost in a Jar seeds. They sell instantly in trade worlds.

The "Gaut" Factor

Ghost hunting is the primary way to get ingredients for the Harvest Robinson questline and the Gaut (Greatest Adventure Update) items. Demand for Ghost Jars spikes whenever a new quest update drops.
