🔍 Event Breakdown & Tips
🎪 Carnival (October 2–4)
October opens with Carnival: three days of mini-games and exclusive prizes. Carnival items are long-time favorites, and past-Carnival items tend to hold their value. Don't vendor anything from this event.
🔒 Locke (October 4 & October 24)
Locke visits twice this month: on the last day of Carnival and in the middle of Fashion Show. Each visit is a limited-time trade window. Check what Locke accepts and what she offers in return before you commit.
🍳 Mutant Kitchen (October 5–7)
Mutant Kitchen runs straight after Carnival and overlaps Grand Tournament registration on the 6th. Farm your ingredients before the 5th so you aren't splitting time when the Tournament starts. Recipe-based rewards are unique to this event.
⚔️ The Grand Tournament (Registration: October 6 | Event: October 7–11)
The biggest competitive event of the month, running five days. Register on October 6: missing registration means missing the event entirely. Tournament-exclusive items have historically held value well, so don't dump your rewards the week they drop.
☀️ Summer Clash (October 9–11) & Redemption (October 12–15)
Summer Clash starts while the Grand Tournament is still running, then rolls straight into its Redemption window, giving you seven days in a row. Collect Summer Clash items early, and sell during Redemption when latecomers are buying.
🏥 Surgery Day (October 17)
A Surgery grind day after the busy first half of the month. Have your Surgical Tools ready before the 17th: buying them in the days before the event is usually cheaper than buying on the day.
📖 Read our Surgery Guide for a full strategy.
☣️ Geiger Day (October 20)
A good day to use your Geiger Counter. Geiger drops flood the market on this day, which usually means temporarily lower prices. Consider stockpiling and selling once supply dries up.
📖 Check out our How to Profit from the Geiger Counter guide.
👻 B.O.O. (October 21)
A ghost-themed event with unique drops, the day after Geiger Day. Ghost-related items are in demand all month in October, and again for All Howl's Eve on the 31st.
📖 See our Ghost Hunting guide for how to profit from ghosts.
👗 Fashion Show (October 23–26)
Four days of Fashion Show, with Locke visiting on the 24th. Winning outfit items often dip right after the event and climb over the following weeks, so it can pay to buy late rather than early.
☄️ Night of the Comet (October 28)
A rare celestial event. Night of the Comet items are typically limited in supply and popular with collectors. Hold for a few weeks after the event instead of selling immediately.
🐺 All Howl's Eve (October 31)
The month closes on Halloween itself with All Howl's Eve. Ghost Jars and spooky items tend to be in demand around the date, so any stock you built up for B.O.O. on the 21st gets a second selling window here.
💡 General Tips for October
- The first two weeks are packed. Carnival, Mutant Kitchen, the Grand Tournament and Summer Clash all land between the 2nd and the 15th. Decide which events you're focusing on before the month starts.
- Pre-farm ahead of events. Ingredients before the 5th, Surgical Tools before the 17th.
- Two spooky selling windows. B.O.O. (21) and All Howl's Eve (31) share demand for ghost items, so one stockpile serves both.
- Annual events aren't listed here. Growtopia's annual events are announced separately, so keep an eye on the official Discord.
- Don't vendor event drops. Even common-looking items from limited events can rise weeks later.
Stay tuned to GTPriceGuide for the November 2026 calendar, posted once Growtopia announces it on their official Discord.
