Surgery is one of the most complex, skill-based roles in Growtopia. It requires expensive tools, but the rewards—rare items and high XP—can be massive.

Essential Tools

You cannot perform surgery without these consumables. Buy them in "Surgery Packs" or from trade worlds.

• Sponge: Cleans the patient.
• Scalpel: Makes incisions.
• Stitches: Closes wounds (Crucial!).
• Antibiotics: Fixes fever.

The Profit Strategy

1. Role Levels: The main goal for many is leveling up their Surgeon Role. High levels unlock exclusive rewards.
2. Dr. Title: Completing thousands of surgeries grants the "Dr." title, which is highly prestigious.
3. Item Drops: Successful surgeries can drop rare items like the Thingamabob or Winter Flu Vaccine, which sell for multiple World Locks.

Warning: Malpractice

If you fail, the patient dies (gets "Malpractice"). You lose your tools, and you get no rewards. Always read the surgery prompt carefully!
