An RSP shop sells what comes out of Rare Seed Packs. Each pack costs ten times as much as an SSP, but the seeds are rarer and worth more. Most RSP owners don't just vend the seeds. They plant them and sell the blocks, because one tree gives several blocks.
This guide covers what an RSP is, which seeds you get, what packs cost right now, what the seeds and blocks sell for, when to plant instead of sell, and what the vends and worlds cost. Prices are the latest reported on GTPriceGuide (some are a few months old). Click any item to check its live price before you buy.
With so many possible seeds, 100 packs (500 seeds) gives you only about 2 of each. You won't get stacks of one thing. You get a few of everything.
What RSP Costs Right Now
A recent Discord listing:
SELL RSP RATE 1K/14DL
That's 14 Diamond Locks per 1,000 packs, or 1.4 WL a pack.

Each seed costs you
1.4 WL a pack

0.28 WL (about 3.6 per WL)
So about 3.6 seeds per WL is your break-even. That's ten times higher than SSP's (about 36 per WL), so a seed that would be a big win in an SSP shop can be a loss here.
Seeds or Blocks? What They Sell For
Here's what RSP seeds and blocks typically sell for, by rarity:

Above: seeds sell at a profit

What that means:
Low-rarity seeds (13–29) lose money as seeds. Plant them instead. They grow in under 7 hours, and one tree gives several blocks.
Higher-rarity seeds (30+) can be sold as they are. They roughly cover their cost on their own. Planting them can still pay, but each tree takes from about 8 hours up to two and a half days.
The simple rule: if one seed and one block sell for about the same, plant it. A tree gives you several blocks for the price of one seed.
The best rarity 30+ seeds, plus blocks from your first farm.
Full
~100
~1,200 WL
A wide seed range and steady block stock for builders.
RSP also needs a second world to farm in, so shoppers don't walk through your trees. That's another World Lock (1 WL). Decorating the shop itself costs under 10 WL (a dark background, platforms and signs). The SSP Shop Guide has the full breakdown under "What the Shop Itself Costs".
Vends keep their value. You can sell them again if you stop, so the WL is tied up rather than spent.
Make Your Shop Easy to Read
The same layout rules as an SSP shop apply (see "Make Your Shop Easy to Read" in the SSP Shop Guide), with two RSP twists:
Keep seeds and blocks apart. Seed buyers (splicers, farmers) and block buyers (builders) want different things. Give each its own rows.
Group blocks by how builders use them. For example, walls and backgrounds in one row, furniture in another, decoration in a third. A builder finishing a room should find everything in one row.
Best sellers next to spawn, labelled with a Sign, and every item in the same vend each restock.
Is an RSP Shop Worth It?
Here's 100 packs (140 WL) valued at the reported prices above:

140 WL
Selling seeds alone gives you about 20–30% profit on paper (roughly 25–45 WL per 100 packs). That doesn't count your vends (360–1,200 WL), which you buy once and can sell again later. Planting the low-rarity seeds and selling their blocks pushes that higher, but costs you time and farm space.
The catch:
It's a big buy-in. 100 packs is 140 WL, ten times an SSP batch.
Every pack is a gamble. Five random seeds out of about 252. Some packs are full of filler.
Blocks sell slowly. Builders want specific blocks. Niche ones can sit in your vend for a long time.
High-rarity trees tie up space. A rarity-55 tree takes two days, and it occupies a tile the whole time.
RSP Shop Tips
Sort as you open. Put rarity 13–29 seeds aside for planting, and price rarity 30+ seeds to sell.
Keep a seed line going. Trees and broken blocks sometimes drop seeds, so you can replant without buying more packs.
Sell blocks where builders shop. Golden Block, Bookcase, Fireplace and Cash Register are building blocks, so a shop with steady stock gets repeat buyers.
Check prices before every restock. A seed that's worth 3 per WL today can drop once a few more shops stock it.
Don't buy more packs than you can process. Unopened packs and unsold seeds are World Locks just sitting there.
Verdict
An RSP shop has better margins per seed than SSP, and the plant-and-sell-blocks loop gives you more ways to profit. It needs more World Locks up front, more patience, and space to farm.
Run one if you have 500+ WL for vends and packs, a second world to farm in, and don't mind waiting days for trees.
Skip it if you want quick turnover or low risk. SSP packs cost a tenth as much, so a mistake costs less, and a provider is far less work.
Both work. Which one fits depends on how much you want to invest, and how much time you want to spend.
